Yoga isn’t about being flexible; it’s about being adaptable. It’s about breathing and being present. It’s about showing up for you.

Our New-To-Yoga workshops will teach you how to ease into and explore a yoga practice with breath, awareness, movement, and relaxation.

We are offering 3 individual stand-alone sessions. Come to any or all. We’d love to share our yoga passion with you!


First up:

Breathe & Meditate (calming & centering)

Hatha Yoga (gentle movement)

Seated Poses (exploring modifications)

Hilton Head: Saturday Feb 3rd, 1-3pm


Next up:

Breath & Slow Flow (exploring poses and transitions)

Balance Poses

Forward Folds & Back Extenions

Bluffton: Saturday January 20, 1:30-3:30

Hilton Head:  Saturday Feb 10th, 1-3pm



Four-class Sampler (30 min each):

Yin Yoga (longer-hold stretching)

Gentle Yoga (gentle movement)

Slow Flow Deep Stretch (enough said!)

Restorative Yoga (supported relaxation)

Hilton Head: Sunday January 21, 1:30-3:30

Bluffton: Saturday January 27, 1:30-3:30

Hilton Head: Saturday Feb 17th 1-3pm
