Our 200-Hour Program will provide you with an integrative and high level of education in the vinyasa yoga technique. The training will include precise form, alignment and the therapeutic benefits of each posture, modifications, purposeful sequencing, hands on assisting, teaching methodology, practical yoga anatomy, impactful language instruction, soul of leadership and an in-depth study of yoga philosophy.
Each morning begins with a seated meditation, followed by a complete vinyasa practice that will build greater depth and confidence in your practice. Afternoons are dedicated to learning the inner tradition of yoga philosophy, how to honor this ancient wisdom and how to embody the teachings in your life right now. The knowledge that comes from these discussions and the practices that follow will work on every aspect of your teaching, including voice quality, body language, leading from the soul, confidence level building and honest, impactful instruction. This session continues with precise form, alignment covering therapeutic elements in each posture including how to enter the pose, how to create grounding, elevating and rotational energies, how to relax and open to fuller and more expansive breathing. Hands on assisting in small and large group settings will deepen your yoga anatomy understanding and overall teaching skill level.
Each day you will practice teach in small and large group settings. The direct feedback and guidance your receive from Jean and Vicki will help you see where you strengths are as a teacher, guide you on how to open to your fullest expression and will uncover your truest and most genuine teaching path.
