I believe yoga should feel good—and maybe even make you laugh along the way! In my classes, I blend gentle postures, breath awareness, and a healthy dose of humor to help students explore the mind-body connection in a meaningful (and lighthearted) way. My goal is to offer insights and inspiration that extend far beyond the mat, empowering you to live with more ease and joy.

I’m an RYT-500 Yoga Therapist through Subtle Yoga in Charlotte, NC, and an RYT-200 from Asheville Community Yoga. Over the past 15 years, I’ve explored many yoga styles, but I always come back to one simple truth: practice what feels good today.

My dog and I made the happy decision to return to Hilton Head—because it just felt right. And that’s the kind of yoga I love to share—rooted in intuition, presence, and a little bit of fun.
