I’m originally from Atlanta, Georgia, and discovered yoga at 17—instantly falling in love with the magic of movement and the way it connects you to your body, breath, and spirit. From that first moment, I knew yoga would always be part of my life.

College opened the door to deeper exploration, and by the time I moved to Hilton Head in 2018, the spark to teach had already taken root. When I found Jiva Yoga, I was inspired all over again by the creativity and variety of classes—it reignited my passion and planted the seed for something more.

I’m a beach bum at heart—most at home with sand between my toes and sunshine on my skin. During the quiet mornings of 2020, I began doing yoga on the beach. When my roommates joined in, something clicked: this was the start of my teaching journey.

In 2022, I followed a calling to Costa Rica, where I completed my RYT-200 with Sacred Paths Yoga in the heart of the jungle. After returning home, I dove into teaching beach yoga—blending breath, creative flow, presence, and self-discovery in every class. I believe in meeting yourself where you are, honoring your body, and flowing with gratitude and joy.

In 2023, I returned to Sacred Paths to study Yoga Nidra, expanding my love for deep rest and inner healing. I’m passionate about continuing to grow and learn—whether through yoga, travel, or simply soaking up life’s adventures.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll likely find me gardening with my cat Maya, lounging under the sun, or exploring new corners of the world with an open heart.
