Tiger Bye
Tiger Bye is a Katonah Yoga® teacher, Oxygen Advantage® Master Instructor, and holds a Master’s degree in Health and the Public Interest from Georgetown University. She is the co-founder of Better Yoga (betteryoga.net), an inviting online space where movement, breathwork, and Ayurvedic wisdom come together to support people in feeling more vibrant, grounded, and whole.
With a deep love for public health and personal transformation, Tiger’s work has been featured in the Washington Post, Yoga Journal, CH2 Magazine, and beyond. She has a gift for helping people reconnect to the power of their breath—whether she’s guiding future yoga teachers, leading workshops, or working one-on-one with clients to reduce stress, sleep better, and breathe with more ease.
Through her teaching, Tiger helps individuals and teams become more aware of the postural and breathing habits that shape how they move through life. Her approach is rooted in clarity, compassion, and curiosity—supporting others in releasing old patterns and discovering the freedom that comes with mindful alignment and functional breathing.
