After stepping into my first studio yoga class in 2012, I quickly realized how much I loved the shared energy of practicing in community. There was something so powerful about moving and breathing alongside others—something that made me feel grounded, inspired, and connected. That class sparked a deeper curiosity, and soon I became a regular student, seeking out yoga wherever my travels took me.

While spending time on Hilton Head Island, I discovered Jiva Yoga Center—and it didn’t take long before it felt like home. By 2015, Jiva had become my heart space, the place where my practice truly began to blossom.

In 2018, feeling called to explore the practice more deeply, I enrolled in Jiva’s Yoga Teacher Training. What began as a personal journey to enrich my understanding of yoga—both physically and philosophically—soon revealed itself as something even greater. I found joy not only in deepening my own practice, but in sharing it with others. Teaching became a natural extension of what I loved about yoga: connection, growth, and the simple beauty of showing up for ourselves and each other.

Now, as a teacher, I feel honored to hold space for others on their path—whether you're just beginning or continuing to evolve your practice. My hope is to help guide you with kindness, support, and a sense of shared joy, as we explore all the gifts yoga has to offer—both on and off the mat.
