My inspiration to teach yoga keeps evolving—just like the practice itself. With over 20 years of experience, I’ve found that thoughtful movement, breathwork, and meditation are powerful tools for creating good energy and a deep sense of well-being. My classes and workshops naturally weave together vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, and yoga philosophy in a way that feels both grounding and uplifting.
Coming from a musical family, I’ve always had a love for singing. I’m a recording artist with an album of mantra music on Spotify, and sometimes I’ll bring my harmonium to class to share a song or two. It’s one of my favorite ways to blend sound and soul, especially in my restorative yoga and meditation workshops where students are invited to fully rest, renew, and receive.
I’ve trained with Holy Cow Yoga Center and Asheville Yoga Center, and I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned—especially through teaching other teachers. I remain endlessly curious, deeply grateful, and always inspired by the magic of this practice.
